Experience & Activities

My name is Snithik Kollipara, and I’m a high school student volunteering at SmartQuad to support students towards their academic success. I work with students from elementary to middle school on a variety of math and English topics. My goal as a mentor is to help students understand challenging concepts and feel confident in facing academic challenges. I focus on building foundational knowledge, strengthening problem-solving skills, and encouraging a positive attitude toward learning. I also adapt my teaching style to fit each student’s individual needs and to support their academic growth. Through this experience, I strive to make a meaningful impact on the students’ academic journey, while growing as a mentor and leader myself. Outside of volunteering, I also enjoy a variety of sports and arts. I have also been an active participant in Boy Scouts since 2020, and I am on a steady path to achieving the goal of becoming an Eagle Scout.
