Shriya Kanikaram is a high school student volunteering at SmartQuad since her middle school from the year 2023 when she was 12 years old. She is one of the key mentors helping kids from elementary to middle school in subjects like Math and English. She is driven by a deep passion for empowering her students and committed to encourage both academic excellence and personal growth of the kids in her class. Her enthusiasm for Math creates a supportive, fun learning environment where students are inspired to thrive. Shriya is dedicated to building the fundamentals, enhancing problem solving abilities and creating a positive mindset towards learning. Through this journey she aims to make a lasting impact on each student’s academic journey while continuing to grow as a mentor and leader. She feels immensely happy to get this opportunity to give back to her community and support the next generation of learners.
